They drag a thumb across a silver panel. At about 60% cleared it gives up and dissolves the rest — nobody should have to scrub the whole card.
Keep it short. It has to be readable through a thumb-width hole before they've cleared the whole panel.
The card stops fighting once they've cleared enough. Too high and they abandon it half-scratched; too low and it clears before the reveal feels earned.
Slides up once the foil is gone. Wrap one word in the headline to accent it.
The preview shows a silver panel and nothing else. Nothing under the foil leaks into the unfurl.
